
With the Holidays being a big time of year to cook and eat sweets, with that I decided to bring you some healthy recipes for baked sweets.

EZ Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
1 tabelspoon natural peanut butter
stevia to taste ( 1 or 2 packers)
4 oz of wateroptional: cocoa powder to enhance the chocolate taste
Blend all ingredients in a blender ( Magic Bullet Style is perfect for this recipe)
Pout mixture in muffin tins or cups and freeze. They pop out just like Reece’s PB Cups!
Can be made with less water if you want a thicker batter.
* These also taste great made with Vanilla Protein Powder, as well as other natural nut butters such as almond or cashew. Makes one serving.

Fat: 7.5 grams
Carbs: 4 grams
Pro: 25.5 grams
EZ Hot Cocoa
8-10 oz of water — either microwaved or boiled
1 tabelspoon unsweetened dark chocolate cocoa powder
Stevia to TasteHeat water and simply stir in cocoa and stevia. A great clean way to enjoy this holiday treat!

Carbs: 1 gram
Coconut Oil Fudge
1 packet Stevia
1 tabelspoon Coconut Oil
1 teaspoon unsweetened dark chocolate cocoa powder
1/2 tablespoon Almond Butter
1 teaspoon ground flax seedsMicrowave Coconut Oil until melted, about 20 seconds. Stir in the rest of the ingredients and freeze. It takes about 10 minutes to freeze in a small tupperware container.

Protein: 3.6
* can increase protein content by adding in a tablespoon of chocolate protein powder
